01. Account Registration & Eligibility

Registration, Identity Verification & Account Management

To open an account on Parlays, you must meet the following requirements. These are not arbitrary rules — they are in place to protect you.

The minimum age at registration is 18 Years requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
Each individual is only One Account You may hold one account. Multiple accounts linked to the same phone number, device, or payment method are not permitted.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. parlays reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened with false details.
A photo of your National ID or passport may be requested for identity verification (KYC). This information is stored solely for security purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing account access with others is not permitted — account transfers are strictly prohibited.
To change your phone number, identity verification through our support team is required. This cannot be updated directly for security reasons.

Use your real name and accurate details when registering — your name will be verified at the time of withdrawal.

02. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

03. Bonus & Voucher Policy

Wagering Requirements, Validity & Bonus Restrictions

Parlays' bonus and voucher offers are designed to provide genuine value. That said, it's important to understand the following rules before using any bonus.

Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirements applies (typically 3x–7x). This requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
Multiple vouchers cannot be used at the same time — if a bonus is already active, a new bonus cannot be applied.
Bonus Validity Expiry dates are specified in each offer's terms. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period has passed.
Using multiple accounts or false identities to claim bonuses will result in all accounts being suspended and bonuses forfeited.
Referral bonuses only apply when the referred person creates a new account from a separate device and network and completes their first deposit.
Cashback bonuses are credited automatically and generally carry no wagering requirement — however, please read the specific terms of each offer.

If bonus abuse — such as bonus hunting or arbitrage — is detected, the account may be permanently closed.

04. Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance, Cancellation & Result Disputes

A set of general rules applies to both Sports Betting and casino games on Parlays, ensuring fair play across the platform.

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — however, if incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error, Parlays reserves the right to void the bet.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, your stake will be refunded. For partially completed matches, decisions are made based on the circumstances.
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the support team will refund the original bet amount.
Placing multiple contradictory bets on the same event to guarantee a profit may result in your parlays bets being voided.
Maximum bet limits vary by game and event. VIP members are eligible for higher limits.
Any disputes regarding a result must be raised with support within 72 hours of the event.

05. Prohibited Activities

Actions That May Result in Account Closure or Legal Action

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the parlays platform. They compromise other members' experience and pose a threat to platform security.

Betting on match-fixing or using insider information to place bets.
Using automated bots, scripts, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
Harassing, deceiving, or threatening other members.
Attempting unauthorised access to or security breaches of the parlays system.
Opening an account using someone else's details, or allowing another person to use your account through deception.

If any of the above violations are detected, all account balances will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. Law enforcement will be notified if necessary.

06. Account Closure & Restrictions

Self-Closure, Forced Closure, and Account Reinstatement

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any decision regarding balance refunds will be made following a review of the circumstances.
Inactive accounts (no login for more than 365 days) may begin incurring a maintenance fee — contact support for assistance.
Parlays reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without cause, though a reason is generally provided.
If your account is closed, you have the right to appeal — email support@parlays.ws and await review.
